Dan....I viewed the information concerning pumping before the procedure(s) for enlargement. (Bathmate). If equipment is used prior to the surgery; will the penis hold more cc's of product, will the result provide a much better hang and thickness in a non-erect state? Do you have some video examples of what to expect? My desire is to have at least a 7"+ permanent hang from my normal 8 1/2" length, would this combination of pumping and product create this anticipated result? Finally, how much macrolane would provide the expansion of the penis head resulting in a permanent mushroom head? Although pumping provides the visual results I'm after, it is time consuming....I'm interested in a more permanent solution. As always, thanks for your insight.....

I hope this answers your questions regarding pumping and stretching prior to penis enlargement surgery, and PMMA girth procedures. I do have personal experience with this and have witnessed first hand a distinct correlation to pre-conditioning with pumping, and the ability to accommodate more penile grafts, or PMMA cc's more readily and efficiently.
