Does anyone here know if Danie had the pmma, and is his diary available on the net? I am really considering coming down to Tijuana to get my penis work done and I want to learn as much as I can before coming out/ I've had a phone consultation with SLE and I was really impressed with your level of service.

He also mentioned I should arrive in San Diego a day early to have an EKG in Tijuana with your SLE urologist, "protocol for all men over 50." How much does that cost? I'm 61 and I'm on a restrictive diet due to my health issues with diabetes and high blood pressure. I manage both conditions with diligence, eat healthily and exercise 2 days on and 1 day off. If this sounds familiar to any 55+ y/o men on here who had success/issues with pmma, do you mind directing me to your diaries/journals? EKG and blood work requirements for men over-fifty are only protocol for SLE's surgical procedures, e.g., lengthening penoplasty, Belladerm graft widening, ventral phalloplasty (scrotal webbing removal surgery) and for non-surgical patients with various types of underlying diseases, or medical issues. Since you do have existing health issues, you may want to take this extra precaution previous to your non-surgical PMMA procedure. The EKG and blood work costs $100.00 additionally to your chosen augmentation procedures.

The doctor and anesthesiologist will want to make note of any medications you are currently taking to treat your diabetes and high-blood pressure, i.e., ACE inhibitors (angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors), ARBs (angiotensin II receptor blockers), and any insulin meds.

Surgery Life Enhancement PMMA Procedure Video Transcription

Dan Salas: Hi, I'm Dan Salas from Phallocare Male Enhancement [Surgery Life Enhancement]. Today, we will be doing a procedure called PMMA which will increase the size of the penis, or the girth of the penis in both the flaccid and erect state.

Dan Salas: The patient has been shaved, prepped, and cleaned. Local anesthesia has been administered; we are now ready to inject the PMMA.

Dan Salas: Doctor is now injecting Caverject which will induce an erection for approximately 2 to 3 hours. The reason Dr. injects Caverject and induces and erection, prior to putting in PMMA, is to expose the base. When the penis is erect, the section or portion of the penis that is typically inside the pubic area or behind the pubic bone is now exposed and doctor is able to target and fill that area.

Dan Salas: You see with an erection doctor is able to target the base and he is filling that area, giving it a more even distribution of product along the shaft of the penis. You see doctor filling in the base and now the frenulum area; it's a nice even, cylindrical girth enhancement.

Doctor: This is the last one [injection].

Dan Salas: Well this is the finished product. We have injected PMMA behind the head, mid-shaft, and the base; giving it an even cylindrical look. Looks natural and it's a lot thicker. Now, we're going to begin the wrapping process and that is to protect the entry points and to keep everything in place.

Dan Salas: We have completed the PMMA injection. The penis is still erect, that will last, typically, about 2 to 3 hours before he is flaccid again, but everything looks good and he got a great result. We're very happy, I think the patients going to be satisfied.
