I have an issue with what I call the retracting penis I have to physically grab it and pull it out I thought either the lengthening surgery severing the tendon which I assume is the culprit for retracting or having the pmma in place stop this. Any thoughts

RE: retracting penis
Welcome to the forums TBeau! PMMA will help with retracting, or "penis turtling, but the primary method to illuminate a retracting penis is ligamentolysis phalloplasty surgery. The suspensory ligament is always under tension to some degree, the tension pulls the penis into the body if there is no opposing forward force. In this case, the force is fluctuations of blood-flow.Originally posted by TBeau View PostI have an issue with what I call the retracting penis I have to physically grab it and pull it out I thought either the lengthening surgery severing the tendon which I assume is the culprit for retracting or having the pmma in place stop this. Since having the lengthening surgery, the flaccid size of my penis does fluctuate somewhat due to temperature and blood flow, but my penis never gets pulled back into my body.
