Are erections squishy? Issues?

Hello, I just found out about this procedure so I'm trying to figure out everything I can. My main questions are
°do reactions become squishy and no longer hard?
°Has anyone had any issues or bad things happen? Infection, lumps etc

My treatment went pretty flawlessly and no, once the PMMA settles it isn't squishy. It just feels like you have more dick downstairs. Infections can happen but they put me on an antibiotic and I followed the wrapping and cleaning instructions. I didn't have any problems or any lumps.
