It would be awesome to see mass spectral imaging of stem cell penis procedures, h.a., pmma, and fft side by side vs. phalloplasty surgeries like saphenous vein grafting and dermal grafts to see the difference in volumes, growth patterns, and how everything is spaced out in the penis. There isn't much of a data set on any of the popular materials used for penis enlargement. MS imaging would show in great detail how the different penile implants create girth within the penis. With phalloplasty, we can only tell from dissections...
We know FFT is a biological material like hyaluronic acid except it's in a state of solid pieces. FFT and HA are absorbable and solid pieces of fft often absorbs disproportionately. PMMA is a synthetic and can not be broken down like fft and the hyaluronic fillers like voluma. If we could see high res spectrometry imaging of the different internal implants we could see the metabolites and penis growth in action!
