I've been doing PE for about 1.5 months very inconsistency and without a set routine. inconsistency is because I keep getting too sore. After training, my unit is usually sore for the next 2 days. EQ is down So I rest about 3-5 days until I'm feeling better. Is this normal? Is feeling sore/slight pain, and not getting 100% hard after workouts a normal thing? ... read more
