Surgical Penis Lengthening
Phalloplasty Lengthening is a Penis Enlargement Surgical Procedure. At SLE, Lengthening is performed with chemical penis erection inducement and the penis is stretched with vacuum traction during the phalloplasty.
For most men, approximately 30-40% of their penile shaft exists inside their body, and is not usable penis length. The penis lengthening surgical procedure originated over 25 years ago, Dr. Daniel Camacho-Melo’s technique differs from every other phalloplasty surgeon in the world, as we perform the ligamentolysis while the patient’s penis is erect & under constant penile traction to maximize the length gains.
Dr. Camacho-Melo takes great care in locating and securing the dorsal penile nerve to prevent damage, or loss of penile sensation. Dr. Camacho performs this surgical procedure through a cosmetic aesthetic incision located within the scrotum skin. The incision is nearly invisible after a 15 day healing period. The scrotal incision is placed with stealth & the cosmetic scar will not be noticeable. Moving the lengthening surgery incision away from the penis has increased men’s length gain success. The scrotal cosmetic scar location eliminates previous outdated methods that placed the phalloplasty incision on, or above the penis within the supra-pubic region. This ensures that the penis is able to fully elongate without any visible, or physical scars within the penile region.
