Hey everyone, I've just started reading this site and it's all fascinating to me. I'm average sized (5.5 NBPEL/6.4 BPEL/5.2 MSEG) but now I'm excited to get bigger. The problem is, I'm a commercial pilot, and I don't think I'll have the time to start in on manual exercises. Are these mandatory/recommended for beginners?
