the last time I had a PI was about 2 weeks ago, since then nothing. i have been stretching and jelqing every other day. however, the duration of my session hasn't been that long (probably about 20/25 mins including sets of both exercises) so now i'm thinking of upping the duration and maybe increasing the days too. would this be good or bad? should ... read more
