Hey my PE fellows, So I'm doing "my routine" for about 2 full weeks now (5 on 2 off) going great. Only problem is, I can't see length gains, I got thicker (haven't measured yet, I'm saying visually) I'm doing a lot of girth exercises and only 3 minutes stretching downwards side to side.
