I'm currently doing JP90 and as i have a VERY high erection angle i was wondering if i could add the BTC stretch to my routine or do i have to wait 3 months until ive fully conditioned? it seems wise to start it now because it is basically another directional stretch and im sure most length gains come from stretching the suspensory ligaments. ... read more
