I've read about JP's 90 day, and I already started it doing THIS DAY. But I'm kind of confused, some people said that Jelq is for GIRTH and stretching is for length (which makes sense). My question is, is stretching in JP's 90 is enough to make noticeable length when I've finished it? or do I have to add stretching exercise, maybe in the morning ... read more
