I am a beginner doing JP-90. The routine seems to be going well except for V-Jelqs. When doing V-Jelqs my balls hurt. I do the V-jelqs in between my middle and ring finger and try to start as low as possible to get a full range of motion. I do it at a 40 - 60% erection.
