I do my stretches (basic and rotary) fully flaccid and after the warm-up stated in JP90. I have to pull on my glans corona to do the stretch, and I keep losing my grip, so I grab it harder, then it starts hurting. I don't want to feel like I'm trying to amputate it, so how do you all do your stretches? Doesn't it slip ... read more
