So i'm starting at 5.5 girth midshaft. I've been extending pretty much all day at a full stretch for probably 300 hours so far and have gained 0 I'm thinking of throwing in an hour of hanging and THEN extending all day. My theory is that more girth = more weight to create the microtears.. maybe extending alone is not enough? Anyone else that started ... read more
Bigger girth is why extender isn’t working maybe? Switch to hanging+extender?
