Hi. I'm tryng to get some gains for 2 years (with some pauses) but unfortunatley without any effect. I was trying to use extender, self made hanger and manual excersises. My last program was 150-250 jelq's + 100-150 v-jelq's + 20 min of bathmate 5-6 times per week for 4 months. After it I noticed only better erction quality.
