Hi everyone.. So i started with JP90 routine 6 days ago. I excercised 3 days (about 10min. of Stretching and 15 of Jelqing each day with Warmup/Warmdown). The first two days it felt really good and on the third day i had a much bigger softer flaccid hanging all day.
